Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love every piece you find at dst31. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you find something that is!

Please review our return policy below:
1. The Basics
* Store Credit Only: We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. Returns are processed as store credit via an E-Gift Card or Coupon code, which never expires.
* The Window: You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery. Once notified, the item must be received back at dst31 within 30 days of the original delivery date.
2. Return Shipping
To make things easy, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label.
* A flat fee of $(TBD) will be deducted from your total store credit amount to cover the cost of the return shipping.
* Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Item Condition Requirements
We take great pride in the quality of our pieces. To be eligible for store credit, items must be returned in their original, "like-new" condition:
* Unworn & Unwashed: Items must show no signs of wear, including stains or odors.
* Tag Integrity: All original tags must be attached. If your item arrived with a [Color] Security Tag, this must remain attached and uncut. Items returned without original tags or with tampered security tags will be rejected.
* Scent & Makeup Free: Please be careful when trying on items. Returns with makeup, deodorant marks, or scents (perfume, smoke, etc.) will not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic and clearance reasons, the following items are Final Sale:

How to Start Your Return
* Email us at precious@dst31.com with your Order Number and the items you wish to return within 14 days of receiving your package.
* Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label & drop off location USPS OR UPS.
* Pack your items securely and drop them off at the nearest USPS or it may be a UPS location.
* Once we receive and inspect your return, your store credit will be emailed to you within 3–5 business days.
